We need to be aware of any repairs that are required under our Lease Agreement.  For your convenience, you may email us at repairs@wichitalivingspaces.com with NON-EMERGENCY repairs.  Please include your unit address in the Subject line, your name, phone number and a brief description of the problem you are having within the email text.  Emails that do not contain the unit address in the subject line will possibly be deleted as spam.  Depending on the repair needed, either our office or someone from the designated vendor will contact you to schedule an appointment to complete the repair.
